The Platform

The Diesel Desk is a business-to-business marketplace connecting OEMs, vendors, and fleet operators for sourcing, sale, and procurement of diesel engines, parts, and equipment. DieSeLAI supports search, quoting, ordering, and related workflows.

Eligibility and accounts

The Platform is for authorized business representatives. You must be at least 18, have authority to bind your organization, protect your account credentials, and report unauthorized use.

Access and fees

Core network access is free. Connected Domain is optional at USD 1,000/year with no trial, covering dieselai.<verified customer root domain> and the-desk.<verified customer root domain>. For eligible partner-processed transactions, the banking partner allocates 1% of confirmed settled merchandise value to Diesel Desk at checkout and 99% to the transaction counterparties. Organizations that sign the Distribution Agreement pay 1% to 3% of each network merchandise sale in total, set by the sale's profit, with the remainder billed on a quarterly statement. Tax, shipping, refunds, and reversals are excluded, and Diesel Desk does not hold customer funds.

Marketplace transactions

Buyers pay vendors directly under accepted terms. The platform records auditable workflow events, does not act as escrow or custodian, and does not guarantee payout or product quality, safety, legality, or availability.
